all aboard the love vote!

as promised, here i am interrupting our regularly scheduled programming to bring you this very important message… the classical beaver is officially in the running for top arts blog in america and it needs your help!  before i beg for your vote, ask yourself: self, do you consider yourself a fan of the veritable slew of news, previews, reviews, interviews, and overall ridiculous views this rodent lovingly brings you throughout the season?  if the answer is yes, then here’s your chance to join the beaver army and let your voice be heard.  now until thursday afternoon, the great 2012 arts blogger challenge is accepting votes from across this great land to help determine who goes onto the next bracket.  the beaver may be behind in the polls right now, but with your help, that will change.  gentle reader, restore a blogosphere we can believe in, and remember: a vote for the classical beaver is not simply a vote for the blog we all love, it’s a vote for the oregon symphony and for portland.  and for freedom.

yo, if you have 30 seconds, *click here and cast your vote for the classical beaver!  (and of course, tell all your friends and family to do the same)

wow, that webpage is certainly NOT the most intuitive site i’ve come across wandering these intertubes. There are only half a million “March Madness bracket” forms that they could have used…they couldn’t pick one that worked better than that steaming pile?

count me in the Beaver Army!
