So, I’ve got good news and bad news. The bad news? If you don’t already have your tix for the Oregon Symphony’s upcoming performance of Beethoven #9, you are unfortunately up the proverbial creek sans paddle since all 3 shows are already sold out. The good news? Coach K. and the band have opened up their Saturday morning dress rehearsal (complete with choir and soloists!) for a mere 20 bucks. Whoa Nellie! Not only is this a rare chance to see how practicing really does make perfect, it is a golden opportunity to score some of the best seats in the Schnitz at an unbelievable price. *Click here for more details at the Oregon Symphony website. Oh ~ and y’all come back tomorrow when this beaver chats with an actual honest-to-god member of the Portland Symphonic Choir! (Hint: She’s a soprano!)
